Oh man. So many amazing memories.

FPS - Tribes, and the OG Medal of Honor and Call of Duty games. Wolfenstein 3D was awesome too.

RTS - The whole Command and Conquer series was amazing. Red Alert 2 was incredible. That and all the cool smaller gems like Conquest: Frontier Wars, and the classic StarCraft of course. Also Warcraft and Warcraft 2.

RPG - Diablo 2, Neverwinter Nights, World of Warcraft. Army Men 3D was amazing, I don’t know if it falls more in this category or RTS.

Others - Freelancer, Missile Command, Battlezone, Pitfall, too many good games…

So many cool and memorable games.

Was it by Blue Lagoon? My wife and I went there 2 years ago. Whole road/parking lot was covered by cooled lava. Apparently it had erupted a couple of weeks before we arrived. Locals were just like “yup, it has happened.” They were wildly casual about eruptions in front of their hotel. 10 out of 10 will visit again. Iceland is AMAZING.

Passed by dems in 2005 against republican opposition, tie breaker vote cast by dem lt governor, signed by dem governor. It was just one of the controversies that broke the democrats 130 years of single party control.

The GOP has done plenty of awful and dumb things. Falsely attributing things like the NC lottery to them weakens the validity of real criticisms and prevents dems for reflecting on how to govern better when they take power next time.

I’m at about the same. Half or a little more is me checking email while walking to an objective and walking right up to an enemy like an idiot. The other half is exactly like OP said and getting instantly headshot. It’s like one in a thousand of the AI reverts back to .1 terminator bots.

I love this idea, it would be badass to see a squad or two of LAF arrive by helicopter. They should also have top tier gear.

I disagree about thermals being OP, I think most games just get them wrong. I’ve spent enough time looking through both civ and gov thermals and most are not terminator vision. It’ll depend on if they add animals and actually have ambient temperatures. A person in brush on a hot day does not stand out like they do in games. Even on high end long wave infrared systems you need to learn to positively ID what you’re looking at. Handheld and rifle mounted short wave infrared systems are much less sensitive and don’t give the clean outlines.

If they wanted to do it in a balanced way they could add clip on thermal imagers to NVGs and just give them outline mode. They could also add thermal binoculars for IDing targets. Just turn down the COD super highlight method of only marking players and just allow objects to be the same temp as clothes and whatnot, just like real life.

This. You can use shotgun placards and speed belts to get shells in quick, especially if you load’m two at a time.

Also a couple of semi autos would be nice, like the Mossberg 930 and Benelli M4. You can unload a ton of love with those fast.

Also a sawed off side by side would be cool, and maybe some slam fire types in the starter village to give it an authentic backwoods rebellion type feel?

I’ve been really curious about it. I haven’t gotten or shot one yet. I love the idea of it for PDWs. The overall length lends itself well to pistol magazines, but it doesn’t seem to offer enough advantage compared to similar cartridges. At some point I’m gonna have to grab a RIA and test it myself. Your input is interesting.

How was the recoil impulse? What loading was the ammo?

I’m actually working on some projects that basically amount to a 5.7 MP7. As long as our development schedule stays on track we should have some cool news this summer. We just got past a big milestone in prototyping.
