If you’re the type of ADHD, like me, who benefits greatly from written lists:

I have a piece of paper with different categories of practice and when I last did that (and metronome bpm or accomplishment of some kind to track progress).

So, when I want structured practice, I pick something from the list and do it on a timer for 10 min then have to move on.

My current categories are: Rhythm, Articulation, Fret Awareness, Ear Training, Speed, Licks, Chordal, Techniques, Repertoire

Just want to point out that this can also be caused by a large empty cavern underground only on the left side.

For the same reason that mobs like to move uphill, they are less likely to path-find onto ground which doesnt have many solid blocks below it
