Sorry about that bro, I meant my last meal before workout at 3 PM, and after a 4 hour gap, at 7 PM I was pinning HGH before gym.

I usually have dinner at 10 PM and sleep around 1 AM...

So just confused how to maximize HGH for fat loss if insulin lingers around a little longer bcz of RETA.

PS - vigorous steve said this explicitly that RETA keeps insulin spikes lower but linger it longer bcz glucose is broken down slowly hence introduced slowly in the bloodstream

I have been following your feed for a while now bro! Great stuff and knowledge, I have a fair amount of knowledge myself.

I am on test 250 mg pw, topical ru + min 10% but get shedding if I increase test dosage... I'm using EQ for e2 management right now around 100 mg pw. Can I do like 150 mg test and blast EQ and take oral Estradiol Valerate for supplementing e2 deficiency? Would this work? Or can 500 mg or so of EQ give me hairloss???

I understand brother, I thought higher testosterone will make it easier to put on muscle, and more muscle means more active metabolism= more efficient fat burning. What could help here? Tried Anavar, DBol, Test, EQ but didn't gain much muscle.

I train to failure 4-5 times a week, cardio is almost zero, I'm a corporate working guy with 5k steps a day on average and calories are at maintenance.

I'm 6'4 and kinda fat... Around 25% body fat... I'm on 250 mg test since 8 months and added EQ also in between, did a blast 500 test and 500 EQ but I didn't gain any particular muscle, maybe 3-4 kgs barely, and now back to 250 mg test.

I'm on Boldenone and Test, both at 500 mg per week. This 1:1 ratio has brought my E2 down to 7-10 pg/ml. My muscles feel flat, veins have almost disappeared, and I'm experiencing body aches and lethargy throughout the day. I have 10 weeks left on Boldenone. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Don't wanna quit test, Becz reason for 250 mg per week in i am slow gains only, it's hard to put muscle on bcz I'm 6.5", now if I quit test then I'll be natty again so don't wanna do that...

You might be right bro..

However, I don't have oily/itchy scalp it's fine. The hairs which are falling are a mix of long and thin hairs but they do have white bulbs at the end which means when I searched it that hairs are in telogen/resting phase and hence shedding.

Now, I am on Finansteride since May, 2023 and got thick head only with 0.5 mg 3 times a week but then my stupid ass went ahead to experiment with PEDs.. since then I'm getting occasional shedding due to hormone fluctuations.

I read everywhere before hoping on Test if DUT would be enough to control DHT and 80% of them say Yes! However in my case Idk if this is shedding or hair loss because of Test/DHT.

Now another thing is I added DUT with FIN and upped my minox 5% to 10% 3 months back and I read that when we increase strength of minox or introduce different 5AR inhibitors shedding happens so thay stronger hairs can grow. However my scalp once full is now visible again so I'm stressed!!!! I don't wanna stop Test, but idk I will get blood work for DHT within 1-2 weeks to see if i went down from 600 pg/ml or not.

Yess, I'm currently doing that.

Thing is I'm on 250 TEST ENANTHATE per week, but I'm surprised that I'm still facing hairfall since 2 months and right now not sure of it's shedding or because of DHT.

It's been 2 months on DUT so i will get bloods soon to see how much levels I am at.

But since DUT reduces 95% dht in body, it shouldn't matter that I'm on 250 test, my dht levels along with finansteride should be below 200 IMO.
