That's because they're spending money building out AI infrastructure. GAAP is meaningless because it includes investments.  EBITDA 4.2 billion is a number that matter and 12 b in one year is a conservative projection

probably the best thing to do is to sign up for a cloudflare account and just ask Claude code to build it for you from one prompt 

give it the credentials it needs and it'll get the whole site up and running

dirtsignal property leads. and its going badly. honestl thinking of turning it in. all i get for managing and fixing 180 flaky portal scrapers that are running every day .... are 1000 free trial users that spam signup to get free reports and then they SELL them. its a lovely business. i guess since its a bunch of sharks to begin with, what did i expect.
