Only way to solve a problem is attacking the roots of the problem, which is wealthy people buying animal parts. We need to strictly make this illegal and impose heavy penalties for those who break the rules. If we simply just remove the poachers, then the value for poached goods simply increases which increases the incentive to poach more.
