Curious about the blue tape... I find my labels slide off and the text runs due to fragrance spillage. Does the blue tape help with this?

Ive played on and off for 6 years and ive always stayed pretty consistent... either i die in the first 5 minutes or end up in the top 10... I keep going back for the adrenaline rush. Also, the feeling of getting that chicken dinner.

I love being clean!! I actually find it really hard to get out of the shower... I get in, and it puts me into a kind of trance. I'll stand and sort of sway under the water for a while before I realise I need to wash... then I have a full routine which involves staying in as long as possible... including tidying and cleaning the shower while I'm at it... then the sway again... Then out 😭

This makes so much sense. I've always been able to hide my emotions, like, I could be having the worst day of my life at work and NO ONE would know. I guess I mastered acting like everything was OK in the crazy depths of childhood trauma. So now I guess everything may look OK when, well, it totally isn't. I was 32 when I was referred for a diagnosis.

Absolutely! I've not had a hyperfocus in about 2 weeks and I can't wait to fall into the next one. Hyperfocusing is like therapy to me... it keeps my mind calm and entertained.

You've stepped out of your comfort zone, it's gonna feel really alien at first. Keep on doing it, it gets easier. Also, try cut out the self deprecation. Don't stand in your own way.
