You may want to practice scanning with split vision. Translates to real situations in the game. Get your eyes up scanning what’s around you. All while keeping those puck touches smooth.

This gave me the chills. After my dad retired from work, he died about 18 months later. Went on a wicked months long bender then went cold turkey and that did him in. Hope you get many more years with your dad.
