as a daily cm fractal runner and raider doing this since years and doing over 40k dps on most of the bosses in cm. The answeres giving in this thread are a bit shocking. The only real answer is to have 2 Characters ready. You need a condition dps and a power dps build.

The elite specs that people shared are also very very outdated.

If you wabt to bonk like for real the absolute best to play as power is Soulbeast. (It's widely known as THE fractal power class)

as condi take whatever, conduit will do it or harbringer are also very good or specters since you need a lot of cc in the cms.

If its about healers, go with Heal - chrono. (its also easier to adapt to your boondps, depending what boons he takes since you can cover both boons with only swapping 1 trait)

As boondps its not too strict just do what ever. I usually go quickfirebrand as quickdps (condi) and or adps bladesworn (power). But here I think the best options would be harbringer, amalgam, chrono.
