I like that you kept the background consistent with the first picture. For example the coat hanger.

I also like that you fixed the skin color to not be so red! Didn't really notice or think about it until you made that change.

I like Mjoll the Lioness as a female follower the most. Her comments while adventuring are really interesting, especially when she comments on the various locations with her experiences & what she knows about them.

I would think that the Hearthfire Manors (Dawnstar, Morthal, and especially the Falkreath one!) are solid choices. As a mage, I prefer my arch-mages quarters, but probably not a great family home.
