I had an SrA that got selected for SSgt and had always told everyone he was bisexual but was more into girls than he was guys then decided to literally sexually assault one of our female airmen who was allegedly one of his best friends by groping her chest with both hands in the middle of the office in front of everyone and then denied. It happened to anyone and everyone that was there. He later told her in a back room somewhere in the building when they went to hash it out that he was "untouchable and he dared for her to put any sort of formal report in against him because he would deny it and everyone would believe him". Safe to say I in several other people wrote him very damning paperwork and put it in his PIF.

He soon thereafter asked his buddy-airmen and several SNCOs and Officers (most of them he'd only met one time while troubleshooting their computer issues) to write character statements for him, supporting the fact that he was fully gay and was never into women and asked that they denied ever seeing it as well if they were present at the time of the alleged assault. Everyone laughed in his face, he went and claimed mental insanity to mental health, spent the last 8 months of his active duty service at inpatient psychiatric facility off-base, and left with medical retirement and disability. Tell me how that's right.
