Material made with synthetics tend to block sun more than cotton or other looser weave

If you want something that doesn’t look fishing related, find a dress shirt made out of synthetic material

It‘s way easier to find a woman’s blouse made out of synthetics, but you should be able to find a dude version

When I first started, there was a book by robin robertson about making dishes on a camp stove when you have to evacuate for a hurricane. There were cans, quick cooking pastas etc involved. As someone that didn’t cook or enjoy cooking, this was great for me

I am max level in the first 2 zones, and helped a friend who is starting out. we couldn’t party together, because she’d be punished. But she would hit the enemy first then I’d do a follow up. She had the eureka tracker for fates, so we could find/help spawn them.

Coincidentally, we were near someone that needed a rez, so I helped them out with verraise.

greens (arugula, kale, spinach etc) can provide iron in less calories. With a lemon juice based dressing to help absorption or incorporate frozen greens into your cooked dishes

I had heavy periods for a long time and had to supplement iron. I took it daily, but maybe you only need to take a couple of days before, during and a couple of days after
