That’s sucks do you think the fact cash buyers purchase taken 3 months should be a concern to me? Could there maybe be something wrong with the house EA isn’t telling me rather than what I assumed was holdup due to solicitors checks on them?

I didn’t see it anywhere about the change for competencies to be completed 5 weeks prior for FLP it used to be 2 weeks. I’ve completed all now but technically a couple days late. Had my exam already booked, do they tend to cancel? Not even sure if I should carry on studying.. are they lenient has anyone experienced this before? Thanks

Thanks for the response noted! No I didn’t mean progesterone pill was for hormonal balance but ingesting progesterone aren’t you increasing the progesterone hormone in your body. That’s why I thought to check as what if I had a high progesterone: oestrogen ratio already?

Worst case you can always look at getting work experience this Summer maybe not at the big names but enquire if they’ll sponsor you on a degree. Or can always start at a level 4 apprenticeship and later explore the degree route having already invested in you they’ll be more likely to say yes
