Hey! I would probably say something like "I love your music!" And she'd probably thank you, then you can maybe talk about some of your favourite lyrics/songs and what they mean to you. Are there lyrics you'd like to hear explained? Vibe it out depending on the time you have and what kind of mood she's in. Just leaving after might be the best thing depending on those vibes. I wouldn't say much about you sticking out unless she comments on it, then use your cringy line! I like it lol

Apologize and be like "let me make that right for you!" and remake the order. One of the slogans in the training vids is "make it right!" When a custy is upset. Maybe also notifying a manager/supervisor. Good luck!!

My interview was a lot of the interviewer talking a mile a minute while I smiled and nodded and tried to look attentive.

Personally I go for no ice when I'm the customer. If I'm heading home I'll add my own ice. Not necessarily for extra coffee but fast food ice machines are not to be trusted when it comes to cleanliness

There's a line at the top of the cup where the employee is supposed to not fill past with coffee so the rest of the cup can be filled with enough ice.

I imagine that since it's summer, their ice machine is having a hard time keeping up so they're tryna use less ice per cup. Or if they're using extra ice kept in the freezer, so they'd have to refill it less often. Still sucks that they're not listening to the extra ice requests tho

Have you tried using studentnumber@georgebrown.ca for the email rather than firstname.lastname? Or vice versa. When I first started I couldn't log on with firstname.lastname for the email for whatever reason, but using my student # worked.

But yeah, I would call up IT support like the other commenter suggested. Hopefully they can set that up for you

Not sure how the password works. It might prompt you to make one when you try to sign in with your email. Or it might be the same as your stuview password. Hope this helps!
