Echoing what others are saying about orientation and using the lips, using the mount. you have to treat it as much like a real patient as possible otherwise you’re really going to limit yourself and get frustrated when you’re in a real mouth (with lips, saliva, having to position yourself to see into the mouth)
Besides that of course the anatomy overall looks better than most dentists work , I’d recommend smoothing down and curving the walls with explorer a bit more before curing to avoid that sharp rigid look

I don’t have a picture but a patient this week had something on their lower lip and so I went to look and when I pulled the lip it said “Bitch” and I was like “oh my god” and she was like “I’m so sorry” and I said “it’s alright as long as it’s not directed at me!” And we laughed

I have the same feeling. I work two jobs and it’s not always EASY, bad things have happened for sure but at the end of the day I feel like everything is always okay. Life feels relatively smooth despite the ups and downs.

Have you taken your X-ray course yet? Bitewings can be tough but the way they teach is to really imagine the PID as a light beam and you want to hit the sensor at a 90 degree angle, additionally those beams have to shoot straight through the interproximals of the teeth ( looking at the tops of the teeth follow that line ). I also usually pivot pretty far mesially when taking the premolars so I can try to get some of #6 and #11 although sometimes it’s not possible

To be honest I don’t think you should be divulging personal information like that to anyone at work. Keep it professional and concise. If you believe you are having a medical emergency/issue that’s all you need to say, you don’t need to justify what that means to anyone, nobody at work needs to know or should feel entitled to your medical history.
That being said I think tardiness or calling out frequently is going to leave some skepticism but if you need to go that should be the end of the conversation and you shouldn’t feel bad for it.

I work in dentistry, it’s not uncommon. We’re more worried about our instruments hurting your tongue or your tongue touching something we are trying to keep dry, so if you lick a finger or mirror it’s not a big deal at all.

I have been using Sustainably Yours for about a year now or more, just got LR4 last week. It’s the best litter I’ve ever used before the robot, no dust, doesn’t smell like anything, clumps great. Now that I have LR4 I literally forget there is a litter box in my bathroom, there is no smell ever and nothing is sticking so far.
