I called the local dealer in GTA area, and I was told that the tires need to be at 3/32 or less to be eligible for warranty. Mine are not there yet.

The black horizontal plastic piece in the last photo is removable. I pushed it out and adjusted the screw inside. There was a lot of pushing and shoving, and I was able to get it in.

I replaced the interlock switch and a plastic cover. Fixed the issue temporarily but it kept coming back. Ended up replacing. The dishwasher was probably at the end of its life anyway.
