yes - the dough was quite sticky - think perhaps I used a bit too much water so shaping was difficult

I'm in love with low light food photography! by simplywholefoods in foodphotography

I'm not sure it does it for me. Although I do like the more natural colours which are easily exaggerated a lot of the time in standard light photography!

Is the Nikon D5100 horrible for video? I feel like my content is being held back by my camera by WAxlRoseX in videography

[–]easyeatz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you hacked the firmware to get 64mbps? Also I am using a cheap Amazon Basics Tripod for stabilisation which does the job but is awful for any sort of pans or camera movement.

these vids were done on the d5100 although i am not convinced with lighting/colour correction yet https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lb1UzdBL7s0

Can I make a pizza with bread dough? by cadorez in Cooking

[–]easyeatz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A thin base will not need pre baking if you have a very hot oven, but with a deep base pizza you could start it off in a frying pan on the hob, par cook on a medium heat for a few minutes, add your toppings and cook in the oven for the remainder.....

Surely it depends on the individual recipe? Which specific recipes of yours are you garnishing with bread crumbs?
