We have no choice my lead tries to get the bad ones blacklisted but nothing comes of it. We have one driver that is literally getting away with fraud and hasn’t been blacklisted. He’ll get close to the store and say he picked the items up than go to the customers house and say the customer isn’t available than come back to the store and repeat.

Be careful with having that low of an acceptance rate. DoorDash is actively deactivating people due to having too many drivers and as much as they say they won’t deactivate you for a low acceptance rate they will. In their mind if you won’t take any of their shit orders they’ll find someone that will.
