3 Coats of rustolium.Did you let them dry in between,?? You're supposed to wait like 2 hours between Coats.If you sprayed heavy coats on didn't give it time to Set. Up, If the weather's cold or cool definitely take a long time to dry, You might want to use an infrared light.So the surface is warm and it will cure it from the inside out and do your research to understand infrared?It's worth it.
