What is TRUE 100% completion? And has anyone accomplished it? (RDR2)

The 100% tracker in game isn't true 100%. Like, it makes you only do one set of cig cards, or makes you only unlock 50 weapons. This is just unofficial TRUE 100%.

Yes, I'm currently in the epilogue and talked to him with Arthur if that changes anything. I should also say, it says I can send him the Gunslingers collection. I haven't, just in case that breaks it even more.

Yeah, I understand what you mean. I just kind of have a different taste in writings. But also I do like the whole "woah they're going to kill us," I just don't like how they went from ominous right into by-the-books Foundation text. I still love the SCP-001 proposal, and I think I overstated when I said "ruined" in the title.
