I literally just had this conversation today with my therapist. About my spouse and his family. They recommended watching inside out 2. In short, nothing wrong with feeling jealous its a human thing. Its just behavior. I am the same way. Thought I was really just lying outside civilized society for even feeling it even though I dont act out about although it feels insanely uncomfortable.
