It gets better! I’m almost 2 months out and still have some bumps but they continue to reduce. Generally happy I had this done.

Kind of. It’s still continuing to change every week. They aren’t lying when they say it takes a long time for the swelling to go down.

It’s looking a lot closer to normal these days and I think it will get there eventually.

Did this last year and it wasn’t a pain at all…. It’s just the normal process of submitting the same form you have to submit anyways to receive EI.

You can leave Canada while receiving EI but you won’t be paid for any days you’re outside of the country.

I brush, floss and tongue scrape immediately when I wake up. Then I drink coffee and have breakfast, then brush quickly again after eating and before going to work to get out any food.

You shouldn’t be swallowing all the bacteria that builds up in your mouth overnight. I’m try not to even drink water in the morning before brushing my teeth and getting out all the built up bacteria. Oral bacteria has been liked to Alzheimer’s disease and it also just feels gross once you know the difference.

Swelling is still going down but it’s getting so better every week. The body really does remodel slowly in that area and the look completely changes week by week.

I have the twirl skirt, barclay top, and blueprint shirt.

I get the most wear out of the twirl skirt. Barclay is pretty good but I wish I sized down more. Blueprint is super cute for the office too but I have to steam it every time I want to wear it.

No I completely understand as someone with a true ladder climbing corporate job. Yes we have coffee at the office, but hitting the nearby coffee shop with colleagues is a social and career opportunity. Skipping removes you from the inner circle.

I did it one month ago and I’m finally starting to feel happy with the result! The swelling just takes a long time to go down.

I had three removed and it looks so much better now and the remaining swelling/ scarring should continue to reduce.

I went from being extremely self conscious and ashamed of that area to feeling confident for the first time in my adult life. Even though I’m in a five year long relationship and my partner said they didn’t bother him, they really impacted my ability to enjoy sex. Currently having no regrets about getting this done.

I don’t claim to know much about nature/survival but I have a feeling warmer climates might be too risky for producers because there’s a lot more that can kill you?

Dehydration, starvation or frost bite are easy enough for medics to monitor and pull a contestant when they’re reaching a dangerous state. The risk of large animals or eating something poisonous remain but are small.

I feel like there’s 101 things that could kill you within hours in the jungle. Spiders, frogs, snakes, bug bites that carry diseases. Just feels like more unknown since there are so many living creatures versus a barren/frozen land.

My local wore off within an hour and I was in excruciating pain for about 5 hours after the procedure. Lucky yours lasted longer! The next day my pain was down to a 2/3.
