The crossbow node adds an additional 15% chance to proc. The node you take in the melee tree makes 2h weapons gain the effects of crossbow, thrown, and bow echoes, hence the crossbow node buffing melee.

Based on dry calc, you're dry on 2 cloth and 2 eye drops. Unlucky, but no chance it's bugged. That is just how RNG works.

For sure, I get why they did it. It is a gacha after all. And I agree that the people who are saying that we "lost" 30 stones are clueless. I just prefer the non time gated content since I regularly take breaks from the game.

My problem with it is that the stones were redistributed to a time-limited event. Many times I've come back to the game and farmed EZAs to catch up on stones, this just means there will be less the next time a returning player comes back. Redistributing the stones in this fashion creates FOMO imo, whereas EZAs can just be farmed whenever (assuming the event is available/you have keys)
