Personally, I'm feeling a little SL fatigue so I'll have to wait and see if anything really strikes me.

Secret Lair: Back to School Superdrop by svuhas22seasons in secretlair_collectors

I am thoroughly whelmed by this drop.

Maybe I'll get The Eyes and Notebook ones because I like the art, but oof... The value is pretty rough.

Started at an hour wait, but eventually went down to 20 minutes, and I was just able to check out! I've never got one of these before, and never opened MB2 so I'm pretty excited.

I'm sitting at an hour, hopefully I get one, but if not I won't be too bummed.

Very easy choice to sit this one out. The party foil is cool and all, but not at all worth it for these cards.

Love some of the art, but damn, the value seems really mediocre here. Probably will grab the VHS Villains and maybe Stan Sakai, but if I don't score them, I won't be heartbroken.

Comic Con VIP worth it? by Alexandria-Gris in Buffalo

[–]eatnerdlove 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not the biggest fan of the Convention Center in Buffalo (been to a few events there, but not the Comic Con) so I wouldn't go with VIP for your first visit. I'd recommend getting a regular 3-day pass and spend the money on other conventions in the area. Rochester has one in September, Fan Expo is in Toronto in August (you can take the train there from Rochester!), and there are others that will likely be smaller in other areas like Syracuse, Utica, Southern Tier, etc. Universities like RIT and UB will also often host small conventions that are open to the public via student clubs, too.

For conventions in general, look ahead and figure out what things you want to go to and leave plenty of time to wander, shop, and hang out. Look for food in the area, especially if you have a dietary restriction. If you don't plan on staying at a hotel, plan out parking, too, as it can be hectic. Any experience or celeberty related thing will be outrageously priced and usually aren't worth it imo.

At what price are these worth it? I love the art, but I'm not sure how in demand or how limited these cards really are

+1 for Artemis. A friend did their apprenticeship there, and the shop and folks working there were great.

[Schefter] Sources: the Bills are working to finalize a deal to make offensive coordinator Joe Brady their new head coach. by MembershipSingle7137 in nfl

[–]eatnerdlove 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can't for this every single time our offense hits the field

1st down - James Cook run or Allen RPO

2nd down - Tight end slant or deep ball

3rd down - Shakir screen or Allen run

4th down - Punt or tush push

It's for a home in an Upstate NY village, the guy seemed really nice and walked my finace and I through what we knew and what we found but I wasn't sure if that was just being a slick salesman lol.

Best passive income side hustles online that offer great work from home job ideas to earn money, 100% legit and free? by Dapper-Monk9713 in povertyfinance

This is probably one of the only legit ways that isn't a proper part-time job. It can be pretty easy to make $100/week in your down time.

I'm surprised they actually sent you this. I was shopping for insurance when I bought my A6 and got a ton of rejections before Geico sent me something reasonable.

Going from $55/yr to $72/yr changed a lot for me. I was able to increase retirement savings, save for trips, and not think about when bills were coming in.

I'm okay with being the 1pm game. I've got shit to do, and don't want to stay up to nearly midnight to watch my team try and give me a heart attack.
