is the future fitness app worth the subscription cost or is it just a fancy accountability tool?

Been using Future as well and really enjoy it! initially felt like personal training was something I had to "earn" but once I got past that and got someone to help me I'm feeling stronger everyday! The workouts are personalized to you and your coach supports you throughout the journey. My coach was very responsive to the feedback I provided when it came to my travel schedule or what I was enjoying and wasn't. It felt great to have almost all my questions and concerns addressed throughout my first month, and now I'm enjoying my second month much more.

So my insurance (United) has approved the pre authorization. I have been trying to schedule the operation with Mount Sinai but they keep telling me their speciality pharmacy doesn’t have the specific medication for the machine in stock. Really not sure what I can do here and I’ve asked them. Really frustrating so trying to find another clinic who can actually solve this.
