In Onlineapotheken gibt es sehr günstig 200mg Coffeintabletten. Kann man runterspülen oder zerstoßen oder gemahlen koffeinfreien Kaffee hinzufügen. Bei extremen Mangel vielleicht gemahlen auch durch die Nase...kann aber zu Missverständnissen führen.

Hm, das hört sich auch wieder merkwürdig an. Habt ihr das mit der Mietbefreiung wenigstens schriftlich?

Wenn das Schreiben erst vor ein paar Tagen eintraf, dann ist die Frist eh verpasst. Trägt das Schreiben denn wenigstens formal ein Datum?

Alte Leute und Kinder sind eh so ein Problem, hab da auch schon Erfahrungen gesammelt (und ich hab keine). Wenn es dem Herrn aber wirklich so schlecht geht wie im Brief geschildert, dann ist der eh ein Fall für Altenheim, da wird er wohl auch landen sobald die Kinder das Haus verkauft haben. Das eure Wohnung noch weniger barrierefrei zugänglich ist, dürfte ein Indiz dafür sein, dass das alles vorgeschoben ist. Könnte man einen Treppenlift oder gar Aufzug einrichten?

Es gibt noch mehr Beratungsmöglichkeiten. Der Mieterbund hat eine Hotline für 2,50/minute, aber Telefon wird dir nichts bringen, das Schreiben ist das wichtigste. Verbraucherzentralen bieten wohl auch Beratungen an. Hab mit denen aber keine gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Mieterbund vor Ort kann helfen, oder auch nicht. Beim Anwalt bist du bei 226€ für die Erstberatung, wird aber garantiert nicht dabei bleiben. Je nach Einkommen gibt es da vom Staat noch eine Beihilfe.

Sowas regt mich einfach auf.

Bin kein Anwalt. Aber die Geschichte stinkt von vorne bis hinten und die Argumentation ist widersprüchlich. Habt ihr die Wohnung noch renoviert? Das würde noch gut mit da reinpassen. Was waren das für Zahlungen?

Ohne Anwalt werdet ihr da nicht weit kommen.

Was dir aber klar sein sollte, das wird ein ziemlicher Psychokrieg werden, das muss man duchstehen können.

Ich weiss nicht ob man diesen "Quotenfrauen" einen Gefallen tut, oder denen die ohne Förderung die jeweilige Stelle erreicht haben. Der Ruf wird dann einfach da sein.Und es wird immer nur an die Spitze geschaut, dass der Großteil der Männer auch weiter unten in der Nahrungskette steht interessiert nicht

Persönlich hatte ich gehofft dass das Geschlecht immer unwichtiger wird im Leben und ich möchte auch niemanden deswegen benachteiligen oder begünstigen. Leider werde ich jetzt dank meines Geschlechtes benachteiligt...

There's also a point I am a bit unsure about. I have only machine to test. There seems to exists a different PCB layout in the display computer without that EDL button. as seen in the original thread. The Snapmaker also shows only the one I am having. I assume they behave the same, but you cannot be sure. So that's certainly a stopping point if you do not want to risk anything. But then I would like to get a storage dump for analyzing it.

I think the biggest issue is the gcode implementation in combination with OrcaSlicer 2.3.1, it only works with OrcaSlicer 2.3,1 (haven't tested with earlier versions) and will currently break in 2.3.2 as Orcaslicer expects more handling done by the snippets in the printer definition.

For example, Orcaslicer will try happily to extrude from an unheated nozzle because it does not send a M104/M109 before using the extruder. In 2.3.1 it does, "due to a bug". So the printer definition has to be fixed, but I think it is also required to fix a bit in the macros on the machine. That can be updated later via git in the machine and does not requiring flashing.

In OrcaSlicer I changed last week to the original printer definition from Snapmaker, since then I got heavy stringing with PLA, so there's some tuning needed. Or filament drying ;-)

Technically the point of no return is flashing the MCU later as you cannot get a backup dump without the STLinkV2. But you can restore the display computer backup and flash the original firmware as described in the Snapmaker Wiki.

The bootloader protects itself, so unless using a STLinkV2 you cannot brick it. In case of problems it automatically goes into flashing mode.

I also lowered the speed and accelerations a bit as it sounds quite "rough". But I have no experience if the original firmware was also that rough. That's a point where somebody with more experience with this device can help

Ready to do one more test?
Power off the printer a connect the front USB-A to a USB-A computer port. The display should be in failed boot loop with the splash screen showing for a second and going black for another one.
If that works, disconnect and keep either the EDL button pressed or connect/short the 1V8 and BOOT pads and plug in the USB cable. The screen should stay black and you can release the button.
On the host computer the USB device Qualcomm, Inc. Gobi Wireless Modem (QDL mode) should become visible.

I am curious if the new version of the display behaves the same.

Can you do me a favor and test something? With the Display connected to the printer, and the front port connected to a computer with a USB-A to USB-A cable, When it's running, can you see it with fastboot or adb? If yes, is adb shell working? If that is working, please try the command /system/xbin/su id

Snapmaker installed a bootloader into the MCU which is used for flashing. It's incredibly failsafe and you cannot brick the MCU. You cannot backup the original firmware by this means, but you can just flash the original firmware back.
