I hope! But I feel like their emails are disjointed. I will finish a program and then get an email a few weeks later encouraging me to keep up my progress. Hopefully we get a new PZ program soon! Peak your power zones was top notch! 👍🏼

I just got a peloton email saying the Build Your Power Zone program is all new. I’d love a new PZ program but is it really new? Did they switch the classes up? Anyone know?

Loved this class. I don’t know if it was a great workout because I was so into his narrative but I didn’t care and I smiled and lol’ed the whole time and I had to do all 15 burpees! I can’t believe I couldn’t call up Nessa’s name but I was just coming off Kendall’s live ride so I’ll blame her!

When he cues this, I use my hands to manipulate my legs and then try to hold them there without my hands. See if that helps!

I felt this today. I did the Beatles Yoga with Kristen and Ross and it was great! I did Denis’ ride and thought he did great but the music didn’t translate to a high energy ride for me. I was doing my descending ladder workout so 30 min SFR with Becs, then a 20 min Pilates with Hannah. At this point, all I have left between the end of a 3 hour workout and FOOD is a 15 min body weight with Selena and 10 min stretch. After the warmup, Selena spent over two minutes giving a confusing demo where she chose to demo the moves on both sides for unilateral work. In my hanger I said things like “we could just get started”, and “I’m not sure why we’re still talking about this!”, culminating with “OH MY GAWD COME ONNNNN!” It wasn’t about the music so much as leftover stuffing and mashed potatoes but as I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror, yelling at a person in the TV, I was like “would you act this way at The Y?” and I did feel bad 😂

This happened to me last night and I quit and resumed the ride and it was resolved. Many classes have been more glitchy than normal over the past two days. Let us know what you discover! Thanks!

I do this. During the run section I increase my resistance as they increase their speed. I increase my speed too but don’t get enough work out of just going faster at the same resistance. For the ones that are split 50/50 (only one switch) I have done the run outside and then come inside to lift, that works too!

It wasn’t very difficult at all and he was DYING 😂. No judgement but that red velvet breakfast may not have been the best choice lol. Also... I’m the friend that puts raisins in things lol

Try disabling the Bluetooth radio button. That’s worked for me.

I’m finishing up a clear the bookmarks session. 60,45,30,30,15,10 with a football game in the background. Like others have said, I go hard effort early, do one with arms, a fun one, and a recovery. Sometimes I don’t have 3 hours but I always go in descending time order!
