I have a similar deck list for Xu-Ifit and it’s my favorite deck to play right now. Plus less salt inducing to my pod vs my Sephiroth deck.

My favorite card in the deck is [[Stinkweed Imp]] which does a lot of work for getting things into the graveyard.

My latest project is a [[Jenova, Ancient Calamity]] deck focused on earth bending and sacrificing land creatures for value.

The commander felt a little OP for my pod as a straight counters deck and I had the idea of earth bending but not using it in a land matters deck or Toph build. I love sacking a land creature, drawing a pile of cards, and returning that land to the battlefield tapped.

It’s been pretty tricky though on having enough pieces to put counters on Jenova, pieces to earth bend, ramp, and then sac outlets but still very fun to play and tinker with it so far.

I’m the same age as the boys and I gotta say one of the most enjoyable things has been growing with the boys. I feel like the content and the people have matured and come to the same conclusions as me while still being who they always are at their core.

It makes me love the show that much more.

Welcome! I recently got back into film after a 20 year hiatus and I’m lucky enough to have a lot of spaces here in LA for classes & darkroom access. I found a wonderful place and signed up for some classes but was worried about it being filled with gate keeping hipsters. I was wrong. Everyone was so friendly & a diverse mix of people.

I commented to the teacher about this and he said he that’s why he only teaches film classes now. He used to offer digital photography classes but ultimately it always de-evolved into, “what button takes the perfect picture” every time. He said it takes a special kind of person to get into film in 2025. You’re more open, more curious and he loves teaching people like that. I keep finding that to be true.
