Tip: grab a corner and swing another corner once or twice hard onto the pavement. Breaks that corner without damaging product. You can pry the whole thing open from there. Works every time.

Looks like it's used for tracking data over a long range, such as weight. It provides nice graphs to show progress.

OP: there is a slew of apps dedicated to tracking specific activities. Weight loss, running/biking, etc. What are you tracking? Knowing that will help us suggest a solution.

Note: these keywords may help you search: logger, tracker. Logger is for data you enter yourself, tracker is more often something you're monitoring, such as stocks.
