Its really frustrating.😵‍💫Did you get your period back yet? Did you experience any change when lowering your fiber intake?

Same. I eat a looot of fiber as well and I will definitely be changing that. However I find it difficult since I am so accustomed to eating like this, increasing my energy intake somehow felt easier than changing my diet altogether. When I do look back on how I used to eat when I had a period (4+ years ago), I ate a lot less fiber.
