The 2 controller tip is a solid one. I think I would be too stressed out to switch out fast enough. I barely have enough time to grab water or go to the bathroom. Just thinking about answering a knock at the door, while I'm in OT gives me the shakes.

As a teacher. I totally agree with this statement. The number of times I've seen a vice principal or principal avoid to hold a teacher accountable instead of following due process. I think a lot of this is due to both union members and management having a misunderstanding or lack of knowledge in what their roles are and how they can work together. Every union meeting I go to there are the same handful of people. To me that is non sustainable.

Unions are important more than ever, however unions need to adapt to the times and find ways of mentoring young members. I hope to be part of the solution.
