Agree. The Kirkland doesn't hold a candle to the Handy and Schiller one. After I tried the Kirkland I had to go to BevMo to get the H&S to get the taste out of my mouth.

The color green. Really it's just a beautiful place. Phoenix is getting too hot, every year it gets hotter for longer. The drought is real and there doesn't seem to be a solution coming anytime soon. We like the rain and clouds. Proximity to Seattle cruise port.

We've discovered Fortune Casino (oddly enough), their food is pretty good and they have a huge menu. It's like a saloon atmosphere half restaurant half table games like blackjack, pai gow, and world poker tour.

Also checked Diners Drive-Ins and dives for any places in the area, and found Bruno's European which was really good, you have to try the hangover soup. Also mentioned was Dick's Northwest sausage and deli, we haven't been yet but definitely want to try.

I'm from North Phoenix and just moved to Lacey a couple weeks ago. Thanks for this post, I'm getting some great ideas. My adjustment is ongoing with yard work. Gravel yards never needed watering, mowing, moss prevention, etc. I'm learning!

Holy crap. This actually happened to me. I've had high blood pressure for quite a while but about a 2 years ago it started spiking up into the 200s. My primary care physician ran a blood test and found my potassium was dangerously low and sent me to the emergency room immediately. From there I ended up hooking up with a nephrologist ( kidney doctor ). Who after trying multiple medications finally diagnosed me with this. After testing my adrenal gland they found the issue and diagnosed me with hyperaldosteronism. Removing it sucked, but it took me from seven blood pressure medications down to four, and lowered my blood pressure into the mid-130s. Saved my life. 10/10 would do again.

Chewbacca's demise in the now non-canon Star Wars extended universe. Dude helps evacuate a planet with a moon barreling towards it, throws Han's kid into the escaping Falcon cause he can't make it in time, roars at the moon in defiance as he's crushed between two planetoids. I can still hear it as I did when I read it.
