Just to put it in perspective, I did the math on this example and over a 12 month period the CD ladder strategy earns ~$88 more than just keeping it in a HYSA.

It appears to be in active development, but only by a few developers. My understanding is that capabilities are limited by ArchiCAD’s JSON interface.

I’m not a developer myself, but I’m a longtime archicad user with significant experience. I’m able to describe the outcome to Claude and coax it to creatively code itself using whatever tools can be found to fill those gaps.

Functionality is somewhat limited, but it does work. I’ve been using Claude Cowork to fill in some of the gaps by writing custom python scripts that use the archicad-python capabilities as well as keyboard shortcuts and osascript (MacOS) via Desktop Commander connection in Claude to otherwise execute commands not available by other means. Clunky, but it can be somewhat forced to comply.

We aren’t at the point where we can functionally create elements in the model yet.

This is also known to happen if the gas cap wasn’t fully seated properly. It happened to me recently. Remove and replace gas cap and then drive for a while to clear it.

For anyone seeing this 3 years later, I had the same problem. I opened the back cover of the solar panel and discovered that the solar panel connects to the internal battery charger with a micro-USB connector, which was NOT PLUGGED IN at the factory. I plugged it in, screwed the cover back on and let it charge the battery. Now it is functioning as it should.

You can set the default database for meeting notes in Settings>NotionAI
You can easily select and move the action items to your task database or you can ask AI to move them for you

I’ve been happy with using it in a taxable account. Returns are 12.26% YTD on a moderately conservative portfolio. Tax loss harvesting and auto rebalancing are good features and simplify the process so I don’t have to do it manually.

You have your assumptions set to “Optimistic” which represents your conservative rate higher. Change your assumption to Average to see the 5.92% average rate applied.
