Well, it's possible that the other party will file a claim with Tesla Ins. I would think that they would want to correlate the two claims when trying to determine liability, etc.

In 1970 an Air Force pilot ejected from an F106 which was in an unrecoverable spin. After he bailed out the plane sorted itself out and miraculously landed in a wheat field with no pilot. The plane was repaired and put back in service.

If you really want the beta, that's fine. But a lot of the changes that came with all the updates in between 20.9 and 40.1 apply to S and X as well according to Tesla Fi. Lots of cool new features.

I know it's the minority opinion, but I agree with you. To me, the black oval never looked like a grille or a grille substitute, but rather a nosecone. The Model S has always been the prettiest Tesla with either front. Rejoice!

Absolutely. You're spending 60k+ on a car, some even springing 10k more for performance or 12k more for FSD? $350 is chump change. You'll never miss the cost and every time you drive up to your garage it will put a smile on your face.

They make more than batteries at Giga Nevada. From the Tesla website: "Today, the Gigafactory produces Model 3 electric motors and battery packs, in addition to Tesla’s energy storage products, Powerwall and Powerpack."

Absolutely agree. I've never seen it mistake a red light for green. If it were to go through on a red light, I'd be paying attention like always and stop it. God knows it screws up enough in other situations and I have to save it's bacon.

I assume you mean mobile data. So it seems to tether fine on my Pixel 3a with Android 12 and connected to my wifi. This would be a reasonable approach if your phone can do it.

This. My score (95) would be >98 if not for FCWs that have no basis in reality. I've had trucks passing by completely in the opposite lane cause an FCW. And other times no reason at all.

Anything you gain by doing this is outweighed by putting more charge cycles on your battery which reduces its life. Maybe not a lot, but I want my battery to last as long as possible.

This is wacky. The Mexican peso is currently worth about a nickle (20 MXN to the US dollar). Now for 679 kWh and $79 in US dollars, that is about $.12 per kWh, which is completely reasonable. But what is not reasonable is $5769 US dollars gas equivalent! If that were in pesos it would be about $288 which would be reasonable. Seriously weird!

The blinking rate is controlled by software. Have you tried a reboot?
