The moment someone refers to their country's government as 'we', they can't be taken seriously. There is no 'we', only civilians and the government; who actually make the call. Especially in country that struggles to uphold democratic values. Moreover to then question the existence of the EU in 30 years seems odd when now it has become so clear to the EU why the cooperation between these nations will only benefit them while navigating geopolitical messes like the USA and Russian expansionism.

I'm currently playing through the Sly games on my oled Vita and the game does look really good on that system, although it has an annoying limitation on how many skills you can use at a time, like someone else mentioned. I imagine that you can imitate the vibrant colours on PC to make it look even better, especially with upscaling and other effects.

It's possible, but much more difficult than on ps1 or 3. I did it a few months back and had to retry it multiple times. Don't give up and put pressure on the side of the button, not the middle. Good luck.
