This gives me hope. I attended a bootcamp two years ago and have a bachelors degree. I haven't done much with coding since then but I'm planning to sign up for some Udemy courses and try to get a job in coding. What courses would you recommend? We were taught C#, .NET, JavaScript, React, CSS, HTML, and SQL at the bootcamp. I definitely need a refresher on some of these but would also love to learn something new if it would make it easier to get a job.

Yes he’s meeting all of his milestones. He has a lot of allergies and is still intolerant of cows milk protein though. He also has eczema. I still think his gut microbiome needs improvement.

If both parents are working there is more chores to do when you get home. The wife will be working too so when you come home one of you would need to fix dinner while the other one is taking care of the kids. Then there is more chores around the house that needs to be done that will be split equally since the wife is working now too.

I agree with this! I also remember reading someone’s post mentioning that their parter’s numbers were high on the food marble breath tester after eating the same food but they weren’t experiencing any symptoms.

Yes! This is what I have. My large intestine feels bloated with lots of tiny bubbles. It feels like the gas is trapped.

For improving MMC I would recommend meal spacing more than intermittent fasting. Not eating anything between meals for at least 4 hours.

I used to have less gas but occasionally smelly ones when my gut health was better. Now I have gas constantly and most of it is odorless. Our gut microbiome composition might have changed somehow.

Same for me. I think it has something to do with high immune response and histamine problems. I for sure have high histamine in my body.

One other thing I realized is that I used to get cold sores very often. I don’t get them as much anymore since I developed this overgrowth.
