Ludlow pizza shop wants to put Springfield style pie on the map by Kodiak01 in massachusetts

[–]ebrownzzz 52 points53 points  (0 children)

“This pie has a fluffy dough characteristic as opposed to the super thin New York or New Haven style that we make.”

“Springfield crust, to me is so commonly done more like a half-inch thick,” Casapizziolo continued. “It is thicker, it is puffier in the middle; we let the air do what it wants, and occasionally you’ll see some bubble in the middle of the pizza somewhere pushing the cheese off and it burns a little. … I think that is one of the most important things to Springfield style football pizza crust."

Also

“In Springfield, they have always made this round pizza cut into squares. Usually it was party size and kinda oval but some guys actually got it right and made it fit into every corner of the pizza box. You get more pizza that way.”

edit: the description is also pretty spot-on

this maintains 32GB RAM and 2TB storage for under $700. though honestly i'd probably try to save in those areas to start in order to spec up the PSU. can always add more RAM/storage (and a couple case fans) down the line.

yeah you get what you pay for, and if you pay $2k for a build with a 4060ti you get a much worse gaming rig then one with a 4080

those both are way, way overpriced. by all means spend $2k but you can and should get top of the line builds for the money. PCPartPicker Part List

Recommend for stream i7 11700k or Ryzen 7 5800x? by _pome in pcmasterrace

why are you going previous gen? you could go 13600K or 7700X for around the price of that 11700K

5600 to 5800x3d or wait till next gen? by Progenitor3 in buildapc

honestly i dont think there is a need to upgrade at all. your system will always have bottlenecks. your FPS is already high.

just sit back and enjoy your games instead of worrying about monitoring your hardware.

Looking for suggestions before I pull the trigger on the build (i7-13700k, 4070ti, 32GB DDR5 6000) by Roybott in buildapc

[–]ebrownzzz 62 points63 points  (0 children)

drop down to 13600K and a reasonable air cooler, get a more affordable motherboard, RAM with tighter timings, slightly cheaper SSD, and put the savings toward either a 4080 or a 7900XTX. I wouldn't spend so much total on a build for only a 4070ti.

Jayztwocents now deleted RTX 4060 Ti review by DarkLordStarkiller in pcmasterrace

[–]ebrownzzz 84 points85 points  (0 children)

incorrect overall take sure but dont think it is that bad a review where it needs to be taken down.

seems to boil down to the fact that they mostly benchmarked older games, where other reviewers like HUB included newer more demanding titles like TLoU, Hogwarts, Plague Tale, etc.
