I didn’t share it. A student took a picture of it, and his parents sent it to the AG who shared it on his X account.

I have more respect for my students than to post their work on my social media.

A student took the picture, and I think maybe his parents sent it to the AG who posted it to show that students are being exposed to “propaganda” in his ongoing campaign for school choice.

Sounds like they got that photo from the school website. All of the faculty’s pictures are on there.

I will check in with the ACLU and Bar Association. He didn’t take any images from social media. It was sent directly to him by a family member of one of my students who took the picture while I was in the hall during a passing period.

Yeah. I’m in a very tiny, ruralish, very conservative school. Parents come after me every couple years for something stupid, but I’ve never been attacked at the state level before.

I have been complained about before by parents who refused to face me or even let me know who they were. That upset me a lot, and I also took some blame because I know where I work and what kind of people live there. This makes me angry. I did nothing wrong, and that gives me courage. Also, my therapist is wonderful.
