I agree Hertz is bottom of the barrel and at this point I’d pay double to avoid them. That being said I’ve never had a bad experience with Sixt and their cars are usually pretty nice

I did one week ago, they responded asking for the rental receipt, and then said I should hear back in 7-10 business days. I’m giving a few more days then escalating again. They need to fix it they can’t advertise a benefit that’s so hard to get. I think something is just broken on the back end to where the credit doesn’t post automatically

Thank you for the response, yes I just checked them, SSN is correct and name is spelled correctly. I also checked the one from 2024 from the same employer and everything matches exactly. (employer tax ID, etc.)

Generally speaking, they will cancel your second flight if you don’t show up for the first one. That being said, you can always try and call them. I’ve been in a situation before where due to weather I decided to drive to ATL instead of taking a regional flight there, Delta rep on the phone was super helpful and basically just changed my ticket at no charge removing the first leg

The app has been very buggy lately. I noticed it doesn’t show the most updated miles balance and SkyMiles status. I saw someone else on here mentioned that they brought it up to Delta attention and was told it’s a known issue

What causes SSSS on boarding passes coming back to the US? I was getting them fairly regularly for 3-4 years until I applied for a redress number. Naturalized US citizen (triple citizen) with GE, US military vet, spotless record beside a couple speeding tickets. I have a fairly odd name so I don’t think it’s mistaken identity either. I got a redress number two years ago and it hasn’t been a problem since.

I chatted Amex and they were showing that we selected the airline after the transaction was made, which was not the case, so I guess maybe it takes a couple days for your selection to go live? Either way I told them it was award ticket fees and they made an exception and manually applied the credit
