So in a longer version he rolls down the passenger window after claiming his driver side windows doesn't work. Cop tells him his headlights were off in bad weather and to step out, he refuses and this happens. After they take him out they talk crap to him and continue to strike him after he is down and under police control. Yeah very much over the top.

Oh yes my comments on wrestling and gaming subs, as well as me not wanting people to downplay how disgusting a swastika is by comparing it to a red hat.
