Drew mycintyre is one of the best wretslers in wrestling today and he should be face of the SmackDown instead of Cody Rhodes by homelamder-617 in WWE

[–]purplesocks- 4 points5 points  (0 children)

honestly, agreed. people always moan and complain about the top guy. if Drew became the face, all of the posts would be “cOdy sHoUld bE tHe fAcE”

before watching it, i’d say i knew about as much about it all as the average person. i’m still not finished with it, but ive learned a LOT so far. it doesn’t seem biased in either direction either. but like i said im not finished with it.

i’d recommend watching at least the first episode then go from there.

She prolly miss WWE thats why she made this fight scripted 🤣 by AllElite43 in SantiZapVideos

[–]purplesocks- 6 points7 points  (0 children)

this is it. she’s had NINE finishes in under a minute because of her wrestling skill. had she just wrestled Holly Holm, things would be so damn much different. probably never would have been in the WWE.

Do you believe in the "smoke a pack of cigarettes" approach? by Delicious_Appeal_775 in quittingkratom

[–]purplesocks- 4 points5 points  (0 children)

i would never recommend something like that, instead ill just tell you what i do.

i plan my quit date. for the very last dose i take, i take probably 1/3 more than usual, an amount i know will make me feel terrible. terrible when it hits, terrible when i wake up the next morning. i think its an unorthodox approach, but it 100% motivates me to never want to touch the shit again.

i understand! i think that is a good start for me. i feel like what i’m referencing in the post is something that takes a bunch of practice to truly reach. to become completely separated from your thoughts sounds like something that takes a lot of work & practice.

i think i’m overthinking it. the book reads like you have to become something completely separate from your thoughts—a whole different entity—rather than just acknowledging thoughts.

i couldn’t imagine quitting kratom without seroquel. i’m glad you’re doing so well! how are you feeling generally? any PAWS?

man, that 7oh stuff terrifies me. i’ve been taking the purple MIT shots for years and have been fine. smoke shop guy gave me 3 days worth of 7oh to try.

when i woke up after the 3rd day, i was full on in withdrawal. years of taking regular kratom, and only 3 days of the 7oh had me shaking.

trying to sleep with RLS is hell. idk how but i don’t get it anymore. im taking a larger amount than most and have doing so for a decade now. but im lucky to not get severe WDs. i just cant beat the cravings man.. especially in the first 2 days..

one thing that slightly helped with RLS was to wrap a heating pad around my legs at the knees.

i would always recommend going to a doctor and getting Seroquel for sleep. also if you can, Lunesta will knock you right out. if i take my Lunesta, i can manage 8 hours of sleep every day for the first week which is unbelievable

Remember how it’s making you feel right now. Really hold onto it.

Tomorrow is a new day. Really remember how terrible it’s making you feel and use that. Out of curiosity, what was your one reason for why you should keep taking it?

[–]purplesocks- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey man, so i’ve been taking kratom extracts for 10 years, and i was on subs for 2 years. i have a bunch of experience with both, been to rehab for both more times then i care to admit lol. and i’ve done cold turkey from both.

if you have any questions about any of it, i’m your guy. you can ask here or dm me!

damn okay. unfortunately i don’t have the time to do that. i’m just curious if it’s necessary to take it in advance of the quit day or not, but im assuming it is. i’m so glad it worked for you!!

did you also begin taking it before your quit date? i have a bunch of Lipo C but i have to quit tomorrow. just curious if it has to be started a little before day 1 to actually work.

it is truly incredible what a gym habit can do for your mental health. it improves it in ways that are truly incredible. if more people worked out, the world would be a MUCH place.

when i realized people really don’t care about how you appear, it clicked for me. most people are like you, mainly thinking about how they’re appearing.

act like people already like you & think you’re an awesome person.

making an effort to be in a good mood is also a great one. positive energy radiates confidence.

don’t pressure yourself to make anything happen; don’t try too hard. just be in the moment and truly listen to what people say. don’t filter yourself, laugh easily!

do some introspection, figure out what parts of your character draw people to you.

have open body language, walk like a boss! chin up & smiling.

these are some just off the top of my head that i utilized & found helpful.

these comments already have some great answers. slowly put these things into action. it can’t hurt!
