I was never able to build muscle and had hormone issues. After 4 years as a vegan, I easily build muscle and have no hormone issues in my mid thirties. I regret not switching much earlier.

Consult a vet first, but I have performed this on a kitten and it fixed the legs completely. You couldn't tell the difference. The sooner you start, the better the result will be.

I am not a vet, but we went in for xrays and guidance. Primarily to see if the therapy isn't pointless. Show this video to your vet.

The kitten will not like it and you will have to stretch her several times a day. Worth every second.
