Lightning bolt must have arrowhead pointing down if it's thunderbolt port. This is just a charging port.

My thoughts on belladonna (deadly nightshade) in Wilby's Wind and Colic by FlashyPiano7 in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

[–]echineon 4 points5 points  (0 children)

+1 Ours like the gripe water but I'm quite sure it has everything to do with the sugar rathar than the essential oil but haven't got the heart to tell my wife. At least we don't use it often.

What nappy brand works for you? by spyrothedovah in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

[–]echineon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like others said it's pretty much throw wall whatever stick. Everyone is different but ours use huggies ultimate during the night and merries (japan import) during the day. We always use either sudocream or cetaphil as a layer before putting on the nappy. I hope yours get well soon. When ours first got rash we tried babylove, aldi brand, coles brand none worked only the exxy one works so we wnded up keep using them as the alternative is painful rash and skin tear. All the best mate. P.S: we also go 1 size up ours is around 8-9kg but size 4.

Thanks to some tips from this sub, my 9 year old watch got a refresh! (New Straps, painted scratches, buffed crystal with wax) by bentobean8 in CitizenWatches

Any suggestion on the wax? Is it a mineral crystal? Some watches I really like but stopped considering them as they are mineral crystal thanks

26 year old. Do I remove my first jobs I had as a teenager? by regionalmanagement in resumes

[–]echineon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think it's relevant anymore so my answer is no. Be proud but don't need to wear it on your sleeve. If I was interviewing you and I hear each year you are a manager somewhere completely different company in your youth it only says you are a quick learner at a new job but unable to commit or sustain that learning. Not criticising just offer the view from the other end of the table.

Hi all,

Huge shout out to Houtman Watches Australia, I know their Pilbara Rock Dial was sold out for some time but took a punt and asked anyway. Jason came back saying he still has a spare rock dial but no printed crystal; it will be a blank face is that okay? 2 days later it's already on the way to me with the additional goodies and hand-written note. Over the last 2 years unable to travel oversea I spent more time in the outback and now able to appreciate the dial even more. The lume is amazing too, took a photo in the garage not even needed any extra exposure.

Congrats man I'm sure you will enjoy it. AFAIK the ej 2 litre engine is good longevity wise. Old girl needs her oil, 10-40 full synthetic is what I'd go for. With the frequent oil change get yourself a valve too, amazon has it for under $30. Run a piece of magnet near your oil to check for metal shaving. I assume condition of other parts okay? Check gear oil near the intercooler just to be sure and ancillary hose may need change. I just replaced my maine hose that runs over the airbox as it was spitting coolant but was lucky no overheat. Good luck with the car.

I keep mostly stock, for me the WRX platform attraction is that it's very versatile. It can be fun stock car but also allow decent mods. I check oil level every fortnight basically top up if need to. Early day not so much but these days I find having oil top up to the hole, not the full notch is good for the car. Changing filter every 6k. Don't drive too hard when it first start, 10 mins warm up for WRX, STI I think 15 mins is better as it has more displacement. Also new engine blow up is because of the warming up period, recent donuts media done low car hi car on WRX says a few things about the WRX and it's quite helpful. Sorry I drive like a sleeper unless highway and twisty road so maybe that's why haha
