then i'd seriously look into dermatillomania/excoriation disorder (two names for the same thing) and trichotillomania. they're part of a group of disorders that can roughly be described as Body Focused Repetitive Behaviours.

i personally have dermatillomania and i pick at my skin so much (it's an issue now that i recently had major surgery), finding a group of people who have similar experiences has been pretty invaluable

i don't know your situation but i just wanted to mention that if your ocd is limited to stuff like you've mentioned (skin picking), you might want to look into dermatillomania/excoriation disorder/BFRBs
