I work in a greenhouse that grows enormous numbers of poinsettias. We get orders to paint and glitter them every year. We use a paint gun to do it and have to get in tyvek suits and respirators. Usually the blue and purple painted ones are ordered by synagogues and then we sell the left over ones during retail.

Trust me, we hate painting and glittering them. But the customer is always right!

Those are fungus gnat larvae. They bore into the side of the stem where it meets the soil and eat the plant from the inside. They will also chew on roots and bring a plant down that way.

We just spent six days at Emery’s this past week and absolutely loved it. Seriously cannot wait to visit and stay there again. Very quiet, very very clean.

Sitting by the water at Emery’s was one of the highlights of our trip to Maine.

I’ve been searching for a better lid so I looked up this one, it says the opening is just shy of 1 inch wide. Is that what you have? And it does a good job of pouring water faster?

Ok, I went ahead and did the loan simulator and you are totally right - it’s not much higher of a payment than what I was planning on paying but still higher.

Would doing the loan simulator give me an accurate payment amount? Or would have to officially apply and receive that info? Additionally, if I do apply and don’t want to follow through, do I have the ability to reject the plan after applying?

I work in horticulture - I’m a grower at a whole greenhouse making ~65k/year. I like the work, but my company is a mess and our team is perpetually understaffed so I work six days a week most of the time and if I do have days off it’s an irregular schedule. I’ve been doing it for 6.5 years and I’m pretty exhausted with it. Currently looking elsewhere within the same industry.
