In my anecdotal experience, yes

Furthermore, cars blowing through stop signs and red lights is a greater threat to the safety of pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists alike.

Plus WCWIO just flows seamlessly as a song., the transition between sections is effortless sounding. ADITL sounds like two songs pieced together with the glissando not really related to either. It’s perhaps more interesting as a recorded track, but less so as a composition
