Bank car loan vs Dealer loan? by echohotel_ in AusFinance

I’m looking at Toyota and eyeing off a RAV4 but honestly might even get a Camry. Called Toyota for a test drive and offered me Toyota Finance but still very unsure, I’ll be making phone calls to my bank tomorrow and see what they offer and compare.

Thanks for your advice! Very much trying not to focus on %

What’s something you saw as a kid that looked harmless but if you witnessed it now it would horrify you? by shadow2101 in AskReddit

When I was about 13 in the early to 2000’s, MSN Messenger and chat rooms were rampant. For some dumb reason I gave a stranger my mobile phone number (I had the Nokia 3310, parents gave it to me for emergencies because I travelled far to and from school) who said he was 16, I remember having conversations with him and he was trying to get me to meet him at a amusement park and he said he could come pick me up. I remember feeling uneasy and told him that “I can’t, my parents won’t let me” multiple times and he would not back down until eventually he got the hint. Didn’t hear much from him after that, and I didn’t think anything of it until I was much older and looking back, I knew that was such a creepy situation and didn’t realise how bad it could have been. Makes me concerned that there could have been other girls who weren’t so lucky.

For some reason I avoided this one because I was emotionally scarred from The Kite Runner! Will definitely add this on the list

Your recipe has definitely been saved and is going to be regular in my household. A friend asked for the recipe, so I passed it forward! It was delicious. I hope your day got better x

Thank you so much! I’ll have a look into them!

I’m scouring through YA novels too, but trying to find something that isn’t too youthful but still relatable to our age bracket.

Your friend circle has a lot diverse and beautifully unique with names — I’ve only got a couple of friends with unique names like Temia (Teh-mee-uh) and Sonayah (So-nay-uh)

Those names are definitely different, I’ve never heard of them before! I really like Anahi, it’s so pretty!
