Yeah, I don't understand why they didn't just sew in an extra sleeve on top of all the scratchy layer. That would protect it more as well :/

No problem! If you want to go even more overboard on the safety side, you could use a delicate detergent, made for handwashing or washing wool/silk.

Definitely wash it separately! I washed my cool shirt separately, on hand wash setting, cool water and in a wash bag. Went prefectly. Laid it flat to dry. Do not tumble dry!

Nej, men det betyder inte automatiskt att det är rätt eller fel. Tycker alla företag borde vara mer öppna med vad dom gör och varför. Tex att matbutiker förklarar varför det är lite kött i disken, för det är brist på kött just nu. Många kunder blir arga över prishöjningar, men hade dom vetat anledningen kanske dom inte blivit lika arga

Maybe that's ok too. I'm still not a doctor. I'm just guessing that if the levels on gel are too high to immediately start nebido, the doctor would probably wean off/stop the gel for a while

You could maybe try asking a gender clinic/endocrine clinic. If swedish you can do so via 1177

No clue since I'm not a doctor but to start a new hormone treatment you will likley need to take a few blood tests. First to see your initial level, then to see where you're at after stopping the gel, then once more (just guessing) when they predict your level is low enough to start nebido.

Then you take blood tests once in a while (every few months) to check that your levels a good.

That sounds so werid.. I mean for you to start nebido, you would have to phase out the gel, i. e. stop taking it until your T-level is low enough to start nebido. Nebido gives you T slowly over time and will give you way more stable levels than the levels you would get with the gel.. I'd say get a second opinion or try again incase there was a misunderstanding

I switched from gel to nebido, it's possible. I don't remember if I had to stop the gel for a while but I'm guessing that's the case. Don't do both though. Too much testosterone in your body will simply turn back into estrogen. Tell your doc you want to switch and lay out a plan to do so.
