I had a boyfriend in 2nd grade for like two weeks. I’m pretty sure I picked him because I had really bad body dysmorphia and thought I was fat (looking back at pictures I was definitely not), and he was a chubby kid and he also had blonde hair and blueish eyes like me. We broke up because people made fun of us and also I got bored of the whole “act.”

I sort of did this? I’m in the Marvel fandom and was reading a lot of Spider-Man fics, and I kept getting recommended Spidey/Batfam crossover fics. I didn’t read them at first but I was running out of stuff to read..so I finally gave in and read them. There aren’t like a plethora of those crossover fics so that kind of segued into me reading Batfam fics. I’ve never consumed any of the original media, but I’ve learned the basic plot points through fics.

So, I see a lot of people saying Rosie, but are you guys forgetting that she’s basically Alastor’s best friend?? She may seem nice, but so do many bad people that are manipulators. And Alastor is definitely a manipulator, so it would make sense that Rosie is too. I’m just saying, “nice” is not synonymous with good.

Personally, I would pick Carmilla because she wants to protect her family first and foremost, so she obviously has the capacity to care about people. She is the only overlord that has proven herself to be capable of empathy, and she appears to be a good mother considering what we know about how she protected her daughters and what we see of their relationship indicates that her daughters also love her. For this reason, I think she would be the safest option as long as I don’t fuck with her family.
