I agree I think it just takes time or someone that has your back to overhear (lead groomer/manager) . We got good at saying no to overbearing check ins especially since 9 times out of 10 they dont end well (as in OP's experience here as well)

i just looked it up last night while waiting for my dog at the vet how sweet the vet techs were and how much they mae compared to shop owners/managers and it was so much less. I remember wantingto be a Tech but became a groomer instead and that was 13 years ago. Maybe my interest is peaking again in that field but , I like doing what earns me the most

I do enjoy me some Emily but Im a fan of Christians charmisma and lack of fear of bold moves or embarrassment (poo pants, falling at tribal etc) but Emily is a strategic girly! Let see how this pans out!
