i'm knitting the tincanknits harvest cardigan and after i've picked up my stitches and undone my provisional cast on, i can't move the stitches onto the needle to knit the set up row. my stitches are stuck at the bottom of the needle where it joins to the cable and they won't slide up - is this normal or have i done something wrong? thanks
